Get your day off to a good start with our generous buffet breakfast, served every day from 6:30am to 10am (7am to 10:30am at the weekend and on bank holidays) in our restaurant.

You will be able to enjoy a selection of pastries, jams, honey, bread, yoghurts, fromage blanc, cereals, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh fruit juice.

We also offer a British cooked breakfast complete with sausages, bacon and eggs, and a continental breakfast with cold meats and a cheese board.

Regional products are also available for you to discover every day, such as Munster cheese, jam, marmelade and traditional regional pastries from Alsace and elsewhere, like "crèpes", pancake, plaited brioche.
A continental breakfast can be served in your room on request. For the early birds, a coffee, a orange juice and a cake will be served from 5 am, a nice starter to your day... This service is available till noon.

Our chef Valentin Meyer has selected the best products to offer you a culinary experience that will delight your taste buds.
Our meats, fish and vegetables are carefully selected and cooked on embers or spit to bring out all their flavours.

The bar welcomes you to share a moment of conviviality. You will have the choice among a beautiful selection of wines, champagne and spirits at the time of the aperitif or to conclude your meal in beauty.

We also offer a selection of plates to share based on "charcuterie", cheese, vegetables or fish.
