At the heart of our contemporary family home, each day begins with indulgence. The breakfast at our 4-star hotel in Alsace features a buffet of carefully selected regional products sourced from local producers.
Two options are available: Classic and Express
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am – 10:00 am
Weekends: 7:00 am – 10:30 am
Room service is available in a lighter format.
A selection of sweet and savoury delights to please every palate and ease you into the day: scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, cold cuts, freshly baked cakes from the local baker, honey from regional beekeepers, jams, chocolate spread, and fruit juices from the region, including freshly pressed options.
For those in a hurry or with a busy schedule, we also offer an express breakfast option, including a fruit juice, two pastries, bread, and a hot beverage (room service available).
