The warm spirit of our family home is perfect for gathering on Sundays (from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm) around a gourmet brunch created by Chef Valentin. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover or rediscover the friendly and unique atmosphere of our restaurant in Dorlisheim: Chez Claude — just like at home — with a generous selection of sweet and savoury delights and the sincere care of our team.
On the menu: pastries, breads and jams, a sweet and savoury buffet featuring a selection of local cheeses and cold cuts, desserts prepared by our team, and a featured hot dish.
